Frequently Asked Questions

What does the first session involve?

The first sessions will involve an introduction; questions and answers; taking a case history of the presenting problem and possibly some initial hypnosis work. Generally it is to assess the suitability of hypnotherapy or cbt/rebt for your situation.
Any subsequent sessions will involve working on the specific problem and/or trance work, as well as feedback from yourself.

How many sessions will it take?

This will depend on each individual's specific case and problem. An improvement may be seen after 2-3 sessions. Deeper issues involving the use of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT/REBT) will generally take longer with noticeable changes after 3-7 sessions. But this depends on each individual's level of commitment.
